With close to 25 years of professional experience, Sandeep Agrawal brings extensive knowledge of real estate development and construction to TANSY Group. A postgraduate with an M.Com degree, he has worked with large real estate companies, gaining hands-on experience across a diverse range of projects, including high-rise residential apartments, shopping malls, and large-scale industrial facilities.
At TANSY Group, Sandeep plays an active role across the business, with a particular focus on land acquisition, construction planning, and sales. His practical understanding of real estate and construction helps shape the company's approach to project development and execution.
Sandeep believes that transparency, quality, and trust are the foundations of lasting relationships. He places customer satisfaction at the heart of every business decision, striving to build relationships that extend beyond a transaction.

Saurabh Agrawal is a Computer Science graduate with a B.Tech degree and over 20 years of experience working with leading IT product and services companies. His professional journey has shaped his interest in technology, innovation, and identifying opportunities to apply technology to practical business challenges.
At TANSY Group, Saurabh focuses on marketing and sales, bringing a technology-oriented mindset and a customer-first approach to the business. He is particularly interested in exploring how technology can create new opportunities in real estate and construction as the business grows.
Saurabh believes that trust, transparency, and understanding the customer's perspective are essential to building lasting relationships. He approaches every interaction by putting himself in the customer's shoes, with a focus on understanding their needs, setting clear expectations, and delivering a positive experience.
